After various collaborations and band projects, Cologne-based Niklas Wandt releases his first solo album »Solar Müsli” on September 17, 2021. Exclusively at HHV Records there will be a Curacao Vinyl Edition.

Cologne drummer & percussionist, producer & and DJ Niklas Wandt incorporates influences from jazz, psychedelic and electronic sounds in his music. After recording and concerts with musicians like Jan Schulte (Wolf Müller), Sascha Funke or the bands Oracles, Stabil Elite and Neuzeitliche Bodenbeläge, he will release his stylistically broad solo album »Solar Müsli« on September 17, 2021 on Bureau B. The seven tracks were created during the Corona pandemic in retreat to domesticity from initially unaccompanied but structure-giving percussion improvisations. Afterwards Niklas Wandt played in various analog synthesizers and drum machines and completed the tracks partly by various guest musicians with associative voice collages as well as string, marimba and vibraphone tracks. »Solar Müsli« will be available exclusively on HHV Records in a Curacao Vinyl Edition limited to 100 copies.
