DJ Supermarkt has a new compilation on the hook. »Yacht Soul – The Cover Versions 2« is once again mainly anchored in the harbours of the American West Coast, where the Berliner usually prefers to fish. This time Chaka Khan covers The Dukes, Impact covers Hall & Oates, Roy Ayers covers Bobby Caldwell, Dionne Warwick covers the Doobie Brothers, The Isley Brothers too, and so it goes on with 15 songs. As always, finely compiled and lovingly presented as a two-colour double vinyl edition. Release date is November 10, 2023.

Just one day later, on Saturday 11 November 2023, DJ Supermarkt will be at our HHV store at Grünberger Straße 54 in Berlin-Friedrichshain to celebrate the release of the compilation mentioned above. He will also be playing a few records from his inexhaustible treasure trove of rarely heard rock music to help us not to forget them. The whole thing will take place between 3 and 6 pm. Come along, it’ll be good!
