Friends of the advanced mood: this is your record! It comes from Oshu, Szabolcs Bognár’s label. As Àbáse, he felt his way into the jazz generation and brought a few jams to the Berlin Badehaus after the bad C-word. He was joined by his extended circle of colleagues, his beat acquaintances and groove comrades, i.e. Moses Yoofee Trio, Wayne Snow and Ziggy Zeitgeist as well as a few well-traveled guests.

Recorded live at the Badehaus

Oshu’s Badehaus parties took place during the coronavirus lockdown. That was a long time ago. Good for the forgetful and those who stayed at home: everything was recorded. Szabolcs has now sorted and post-produced the songs and put together a compilation called »Shades of Oshu«. 200 of them will be released to the public as »Shades of Oshu« – on vinyl in a gatefold cover and available exclusively from HHV Records.
